PCFCU Secure App
Keeping tabs on your debit card just got easier! Manage your family's finances, while protecting your card and yourself from fraud using the PCFCU Secure App in our Mobile Banking app.
- Get alerts on transactions
- Lock your card(s), in an instant, for any reason (can unlock card at any time from the app)
- Block international usage
- Control transactions by category (i.e., gas, restaurant, online or mobile purchases, travel, etc.). Now you can manage your debit card whenever and wherever you are!
Take better control of your debit card and your money:
- Download the PCFCU Mobile Banking app. (NOTE: You don't need our Mobile Banking app to use PCFCU Secure. You can download it independently to your smartphone. Just click on applicable App Store buttons above OR search 'Parkview Community FCU Secure' in your device's app store. You must be registered for Online Banking in order to obtain Login Credentials for the PCFCU Secure app.)
- Navigate to the "My Cards" link from the Quick Links section or on the More tab in the app.
- Follow the additional instructions to perform a one-time download of the PCFCU Secure App from your device's app store.
- Link your PCFCU Debit Card(s) that you want to set controls and alerts for.
- Set up at least one control and one alert for each card that you link, to ensure that they are working in the way that you prefer.
